After arguably his best race of the season on Saturday at the Octoberfest Invitational when he finished 8th in the Varsity A race with a 16:21 clocking, Potomac Falls senior Matt Celsa continued racing well into this week as he posted a 16:37 victory in a dual meet against Tuscarora on Wednesday at Morven Park in Leesburg. Celsa has made great improvements from his junior year where he finished 62nd in the Group AA state cross country race and failed to qualify for the state outdoor meet despite running a 9:58 3200 PR at the Region II Meet.
