NEW MARKET, VA -- Page County's Todd Somers (16:33) looks prime to go after yet another state title in single A with his win at the Stonewall Jackson Invitational in the blue division race. Page County boys also were team winners in the race. Madison County's Travis Hunnicut looks to be the number two guy behind Somers as he won the gray division race (17:18) as he led Madison County to a team title (43 pts). Riverheads junior Chelsea Decker (A #12 ranked) dealt top ranked single A runner Nina Pfeiffer a major upset in her 20:16 win over Pfeiffer (2nd, 20:43). Top ranked Madison County girls also were defeated decisively as they finished fourth overall behind meet champions Clarke County (64 pts), Floyd County (2nd, 75 pts), and George Mason (3rd, 96 pts).
