This season was quite a roller-coaster for Grant. He opened the season on a huge note winning all his races and posting up US #1 times all year in the 55h. Though that was true, it wasn't until very late in his season, states in fact that he finally showed his speed as he blazed a 7.19 in the 55h. That time was very impressive and we all thought that was his big race for the year... but we were wrong. Grant put on one of the best single performances in the history of high school athletics by running the best race of his life to run US #2 all-time 7.59 in the 60m hurdles and a FAT 7.05 55mH en route National Record!
