The undisputed king of the sprints has to be none other then Noah Lyles. Noah blazed the track and posted new VA #1's of 10.47 and 20.76 to win those 6A State Titles. Noah also scored in the high jump but elected not to run the 4x400 since the team title was already decided.
Josephus Lyles (T.C. Williams)
400m Champ, VA #1 47.41
Posting a new VA #1 and defending his title was Josephus Lyles in the 400 running 47.41. Josephus scored 8 points for the Titans in the 200m dash where he was the 6A runner-up to his brother Noah. Just like Noah, Josephus was slated to run anchor on the 4x400m relay but elected not to since the team title has already been decided.
