#11: Noah Lyles is #1 @NBIN and #2 All-time!
Making his fourth appearance on this list is Noah Lyles who finally showed his true stuff this year starting with the New Balance Indoor Nationals 200. After suffering a photo finish loss in the 60, his first real loss of the season, Noah decided it was finally time to throw it into gear. He blazed the track and crossed the line in 20.83 to win the National Title. That time is the fastest ever run by a Virginian indoors and sits at #2 all-time in the nation behind just Xavier Carter (LSU All-American in NCAA).
Everyone that had been watching him all year knew he had this type of speed but did not expect to see it indoors! That time indoors would rank him 5th all-time outdoors! Of course though it is behind his and his brother's outdoor pr's.
