Noah Lyles (T.C. Williams - 2016)
Being this talented definitely had its adverse affects this season. Since he had previously qualified for the Olympic Trials and has a legit shot at making the US team, he decided to rest during states and nationals to get his body back up to 100%.
Even though he did not win a state title this season or a national title, his sheer ability and times rank him as the best male athlete in Virginia. We are talking about a guy who qualified for the Olympic Trials in two events with the "A" standard.
He is ranked inside the top 30 for the entire world this year and we really haven't seen everything he has in store quite yet.
