Not only did Lauryn pull off the double triple crown (winning the 6A State 55-100-200-300-400-500) but she also went on to run VA #3 in the 400 and a crazy fast 22.93 state record in the 200 at NBNO.
This time was so fast it nearly broke the meet record and even came within striking distance of the junior national record set by none other than Marion Jones.
