Lowdown: This meet basically serves as the 5A North and 6A North regional previews... minus a few teams and athletes. It is run on the historic Burke Lake course which means the times will be 3 miles and not a full 5K. So be on the lookout for the 3 mile rankings in the system as well because this is going to fast as well with Heather Holt racing again this week. MileStat will be live on-site with photo, video, and live updated coverage throughout each race.
