Rundown for the rundown: This is a fast course, well a really fast course. This meet is built for speed and the VA teams that are headed down are there for the sole reason of a very fast time. Rachel McArthur headlines the VA contingent attending but she is joined by quite the group of VA stars. These include Oakton, Blacksburg, and Cosby who all are vying for team titles and have athletes inside the top three in the state this year.
