NEW YORK, Ny. - Thomas Dale junior, Titiana Marsh, made the most of her first trip to a national championships this past weekend with two All-American finishes. She finished national runner-up in the long jump and fourth in the triple jump.
She jumped 41-7.75 in the triple, just 11 inches off of the national title and went 20-5 in the long jump.
That 20-5 mark in the long jump takes down Tynita Butts' previous state record of 20-1.25. That jump would rank third all-time outdoors behind Keilah Tyson's 2009 record of 20-7 and Bressant's 1981 mark of 20-6.5.
