Insight: This team title will likely come down to the 4x400 between Phoebus and Western Albemarle who are seeded first and second in the event. To get there though both of these teams must survive and score in the 500m dash. In this event WA is seeded second and seventh while Phoebus is seeded third, fourth, and ninth. Needless to say the final two sections will be of utmost importance for the team title.
