Grace Boone (Pulaski)
The biggest mid-distance star and really the only pure one on the girls' side is multiple-time state champion Grace Boone. She, like Theo, is an all-around great athlete but is above and beyond superior at the middle distance distances.
She owns a 2:55 best indoors in the 1K and a 2:07 outdoors in the 800. That 800 time ranks her VA #8 all-time. Outside of those events she has run 1:15 for the 500, 5:04 for the 1600, and 18:38 for the 5K.
Most impressively she also has run 41 in the 300 which explains why that 800 and 1K are so much faster than the 1600 time. She is a very fast mid-distance star who could go up and down in distance but really is one of the best in the entire nation for the 800, 1K, and 1600.
