Senior Cheri Manning (Richmond, Va./J.R. Tucker) scored a personal record and came just a tenth of a second short of breaking the Virginia Commonwealth record in the 200m with a final-round time of 24.25, Saturday, at the University of South Florida Track and Field Invitational.
