Bulldog Invitational 2013

Coverage central for this weekend's 3 major invitational meets for Virginia high school teams between the Southeastern Invitational at the Boo Williams Sportsplex on Friday & Saturday as well as two one-day Saturday invitationals in the Bulldog Invitational at Liberty University and Southern Maryland Indoor Classic at the Prince George County's Sports & Learning Center.

Midlothian high jumper Will Kendall won at last year's Bulldog Invite with a 6'6" clearance. Saturday is setting up for a great high jump competition between himself and another high jumper with a personal best at 6'8" in Liberty Christian Academy's Cameron Holdren.

  At the Bulldog Invitational this past Saturday at Liberty University, only fully automatic timing and a finish line camera could be able to determine the winner in the girls 55 meter dash as it was virtually a dead heat between four runners at the finish line between George Washington's De'ana Forbes (7.25), Heritage's Latrice Morris (7.25), Blacksburg's Alyn Carr (7.26), and E.C. Glass' Zakiya Bateman (7.27)
