Cross Country Meet

Entries are due, October 13, 2005 by 9 AM
Eastern State Hospital, Williamsburg, VA
The 3.03miles course
Directions: From I-64 Take Exit 234 (Route 199 East). Take a right onto
Route 199 East. Stay on 199 East until Longhill exit. Turn Right onto
Longhill Road (towards Williamsburg). Turn right onto Ashbury Road.
(You
are now on ESH grounds), Turn right onto Foster Road, Park in
Designated
Area.
Before the start: Make sure all runners have had a chance to see the
course map or walk the course. If you or they have questions please
contact of the Walsingham Coaches.
Time Schedule
Packet Pickup 3:15 P.M.
Girls Varsity and JV 4:00
Boys Varsity and JV 4:45
Entries
Two Races Boys and Girls grades 7-12. No limit to number of runners
entered.
Awards
(Varsity) T-Shirts for the top seven runners of first, second, place
teams
overall. T-shirts to the top 5 individuals in all races.
(JV) T-Shirts to first top seven runners first, second, place teams
overall. T-Shirts to top 5 individuals
Scoring
Team Scoring: Only full teams (five runners) will affect the scoring,
although Members of incomplete teams will be recognized and timed.
Five
will score, with maximum of 2 displacing runners. Incomplete teams\'
runners and runners who are 8th or higher for their own teams will not
affect the scoring.
