A steady rain as well as a downpour at times made the 2013 Braddock Relays a soaking event, but an exciting and fun event with the 4 relay races and additional extra and open races thanks to competitors, spectators, and meet workers that seemed to embrace the elements with great enthusiasm and few complaints.
