RE: 2013 Conference 10 Cross Country Meet
The 2013 meet will be held on October 30 at Bells Mill Park in Chesapeake. The top four teams and the top ten individuals not on one of the top four teams will qualify for the region cross country meet.
Packets may be picked up any time after 1:00 pm on the day of the meet. There will be a coaches meeting at 2:15 pm. Failure to be at this meeting and report scratches will cost your team a chance to run in the meet. The boys race will begin at 3:00 pm, followed by the girls race at 3:30 pm.
