Course opens at 1:30pm
Girls Championship: 3:00pm
Boys Championship: 4:00pm
Open Race: 4:30pm
Awards: 5:30pm

Teams may view and run the course Friday, October 16th or Saturday, October 17th .

Team championship trophy and ribbons to the top fifteen. Awards will take place at the stage near the barn.

Concessions and t-shirts will be on sale.

You are allowed to enter ten runners but can only race seven in the championship race. There will be an open race for coaches wishing to run any athletes not competing in the championship races.

Boys and girls will run together in the open race and coaches should time their own runners. We will attempt to time the open race but first priority is the championship races.

Registration is through You must also email your VHSL District entry form (please use the VHSL conference entry form) to Tom Casto at by Wednesday, October 14th by 11:59pm. Please enter all athletes that will be running on including alternates and open race athletes. Only the 10 athletes listed on your VHSL Conference entry form will be eligible to run in the championship race.

Parking Directions: From I-64 take exit 136. Follow Route 15 South toward Palmyra/Fork Union Military Acadamy/Zion Crossroads/Fork Union for approximately 9.5 miles. Turn right onto route 53 (Thomas Jefferson Parkway). Stay on route 53 for approximately 1.75 miles. Pleasant Grove will be on your right. Please follow the directions of the volunteers in the parking area.
Tent Area: Schools are to set their tents up in the grassy area near the barns and awards stage.

Spectator cost: The district charges $6.00 per person (payable as cars/ spectators enter parking lot).

Restroom facilities Porta-potties will be near the barns at the start/finish area.
