Working right now on typing up and posting the individual results by athletes in the field events at last weekend's Conn-Madden Relays, but I need help in identifying athletes in the 300 meter hurdles. Coaches and athletes please review the following individual results and use the school, time, and place from hurdle races to identify the correct athlete and email us at milestat@gmail.com.

Relays was the theme for this weekend with many of the big meets heavy in the relays for their events as well as their names with the Carolyn Legard Relays in Chantilly, Conn-Madden Relays in Newport News, Manchester Relays in Chesterfield, The Potomac Relays in McLean, and the Roanoke River Relays in Vinton. Meanwhile, the VA Runner Invitational was contested at Colonial Forge High School in Stafford with the more traditional championship meet format of events. Complete results are up from all major invites in-state that we know of. Photo galleries are now posted by John Herzog at Manchester (1015 photos) and Ted Plunkett at Carolyn Legard (777 photos) with galleries by Brandon Miles at VA Runner and David Fleenor at Manchester to come (as well as video from VA Runner). Close to getting all performances from this past weekend entered into the database for the site's rankings and athlete profiles. Colonial Forge senior Blake Arnold now finds himself as the state leader in three distance events for 800, 1600, and 3200 meters after picking up two state bests times this past Saturday at his team's home meet at the VA Runner Invitational. Arnold outkicked Mountain View sophomore Thomas Porter for a 4:24.14 1600 meter win, while leading wire to wire with a 1:57.30 victory in the 800 meter run. (Photo by Brandon Miles)
