Entries:
Entry fee will be $130.00 per team gender (girls and boys separate), 4 athletes will constitute as a team. Additional athletes $10.00 per event and $25.00 per relay
Each school is allotted 3 entries for field events, 3 entries for running events and 1 relay.
Payment:
Checks can be mailed to 2007 Grizzly Trail Chesapeake Virginia 23323. ATTN: Grassfield Track and Field. Please make checks/money orders payable to Grassfield High School. Checks will be accepted on the day of the meet.
Check-in:
All track athletes MUST check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their event. Field event participants should report to their event starting area at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start.
Additional Notes:
Only athletes competing in an event and their coaches are allowed in the infield. Please help us keep the facility clean by cleaning up your teams area when you leave.
Spikes: Maximum spike length will be 1/4 inch pyramids.
Timing: Atlantic Coast Timing Systems
Sanctioning: VHSL Sanctioned
Meet Facilities: 8-lane rubberized track, dual jumping pits, shot and discus areas, and high jump area.
Awards: Medals for top three finishers and first place relay teams. Team Trophies for 1st and 2nd Teams for both Girls and Boys.
Concession: Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.
Coaches Hospitality available for all coaches during the meet
Admission: $5.00 per person. Children 6 years and under admitted free.
