The Thomas Dale boys kept on truckin' and carrying on a long tradition of dominance in the Central District Cross Country Meet. With the Thomas Dale boys winning their seventh straight district title, while an even more impressive streak was continued by Nathaneal Kistner's last second kick to take the individual crown. With Kistner denying Prince George's Justin Hayne the district title with a one second win at 17:07, Kistner became the 17th straight individual champion by a Thomas Dale runner in the district championship.

Another Central District Cross Country Championships on Wednesday at Pocahontas State Park looks to bring another dominating performance by the Thomas Dale boys as Coach Bob Gulley has another group to continue their long standing streak of district team titles. With the top three individuals in the district, the Knights are expected to win once again while Prince George and Matoaca are their top challengers in the Central District. Thomas Dale teammates Nathaniel Kistner and Eric Williamson are the top two returnees from last year's district race as second and third place finishers in 2006.
