Defending 5A State 100m Champion Javonte Harding is quickly becoming one of the best sprinters in Virginia and the entire nation.
Winning the most improved and breakout star of the season award is Maury's Junyce Hasberry. She wins this award thanks to her monstrous improvement in the 55m dash which led her to a victory in the 55m dash.
