VTCA Cross Invitational

DIRECTIONS--From the North/West--RT. 288 South to Route 10 East.Go 3 lights
turn Right on Beach Road, follow signs. From East/South--I 95 to 288 West exit Route 10 East. Go 3 lights turn right on Beach Road , follow signs.
ARRIVAL TIME/PARKING/ FEES. The park does not open until 6:30 AM. DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO 6:30 AM. All athletes that drive MUST park in the CCV lot 1/8 mile past the Ranger Station. The top lot is for parent, adult and handicap parking. There is a $5 State Park entry fee per car. Buses park behind Start Line against fence.
TEAM CAMPS: Set up along the starting chute beside the fence adjacent to Beach Road.

11:00 AM Sub-Varsity Girls, Jr.& Sr. ONLY 25 athlete maximum
11:30 AM Sub-Varsity Boys, Jr. & Sr. ONLY 25 athlete maximum
Noon J.V. Girls 8,9,10th graders ONLY 25 athlete maximum
12:30 PM J.V. Boys 8,9,10th graders ONLY 25 athlete maximum
1:10 PM Team Awards
ACCEPTED SCHOOLS-- First 25 teams paid. MEMBER SCHOOLS MAY PRE-REGISTER AT THE VTCA CLINIC in Lynchburg July 12/13. All others contact Dan Ward at danielward3@gmail.com after July 15.
FEES VTCA MEMBERS-$30 per Division,member must have 2019 (current) membership. Others $60 per division.
JV/Sub-varsity fees $10 per athlete $40 max per division for members. $50 max per division for Non members.
BIB Chip Timing by RUN-RIDE-RACE------Lost BIB/CHIP $25
Athletes may NOT exit end corral until bibs are placed into recovery tub.
Password released as entry fees are received.
Hotels; There are several located at the I 95/ RT. 10 intersection, 15 minutes away.
