6 lane rub-core track and runways, concrete throwing pads.
We will score the top eight places. Team scores will be kept ..Team Awards for the
1st and 2nd place. Medals will be provided to the top 3 individual places and
top 3 relays. An outstanding athlete award will be presented per gender.
Two heat final for the 100m and 100H and 110HH.
