Saturday: All High School Runners(5K)

8:30 High School Packet Pick-up

THE "LONG" 5000

10:00 Boys 1 and 2 Runner

10:05 Boys 3, 4 and 5 Runner

10:10 Boys 6 and 7 Runner

10:15 Boys 8, 9 and 10 Runner

THE "BETHEL" 5000

11:30 Girls 1 and 2 Runner

11:35 Girls 3, 4 and 5 Runner

11:40 Girls 6 and 7 Runner

11:45 Girls 8, 9 and 10 Runner

Awards:Will be placed in packets and distributed as soon as all results are merged

High School Top 7 from winning team receive shirts (based on team time from all races)

1st 10 in grades 9-12 receive medals (80 Total Medals)

Entries:

Schools will be limited to 10 girls and 10 boys entries

ONLINE registration must be done thru www.milestat.com

Start/Finish Line will be common!

Athletic Trainer: We will have an athletic trainer on site for limited assistance. Water/ Gatorade: Coolers and cups of both will be at the start and finish.

Sanctioning: The meet is sanctioned. Out of state schools will not be permitted in 2020/21.

Results: All Runners will be chip timed. Will be posted and then sent to Milestat.com

Purpose: This will be as low key as possible. We want everyone to come and enjoy the season without pressure. We will provide bottled water, as well as grab and go bags with fruit and baked goods for all runners and coaches at no cost.

There will be NO concessions for spectators.

Cost:$125.00 HS Boys - $125.00 HS Girls ($225.00 for both) or $25.00 an individual

PARKING: $5.00 PER VEHICLE DONATION - COACHES TELL YOUR PARENTS - A PASS LIST WILL BE CREATED FOR 2 COACHES PER TEAM - DRIVING TO THE MEET - COACH PLEASE INFORM ME BEFORE MARCH 15TH - WE DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO PAY!
