0800 - Coaches meeting at start/finish area

0830 - Girls Middle School - 4K

0915 - Boys Middle School - 4K

1000 - Girls Varsity - 9th-12th - 5K

1045 - Boys Varsity 9th-12th - 5K

1130 - Combined Boys/Girls JV - 5K

1215 - Awards

Awards:

1st 15 finishers in each Middle School and Varsity race receive medals

1st 5 girls and 1st 5 boys in JV race receive medals

1st place teams in Middle School and Varsity divisions will receive trophies

Results:

Will be posted and then sent to Milestat.com as well as live on runroanoke.com

Entries:

The Middle School and JV Races have unlimited entries.

Both Girls and Boys Varsity races will be limited to 8 runners.

ONLINE registration must be done thru www.milestat.com

Athletic Trainer:

We will have an athletic trainer on site for assistance. Ice bath will be on site for heat emergencies.

Concessions:

Water/ Gatorade: Coolers and cups of both will be at the start/finish area. Fruit and baked goods will be available to athletes free of charge. Additional concessions will be available for purchase by spectators.

T-shirts:

Available for purchase at the event.

Sanctioning:

The meet is sanctioned. Private schools will need to compete in the JV division if out of state schools compete.

Spectators:

$5 per car (coaches free)

Cost:

Varsity + JV teams (combined cost) - $120 EACH boys or girls ($200 for both) or $15 an individual

Middle School teams - $70 EACH boys or girls ($120 for both) or $10 per individual

Please hand carry entry fees to the meet. Make checks payable to HVHS with the memo line "Cross Country"

Deadline: Sept 15th NOON - NO RACE DAY ENTRY!
