SCHEDULE: UPDATED
8:00 - Packet pick-up
8:15 - Coaches' meeting at the finish line
9:00 - Varsity 5k Boys
9:30 - Varsity 5k Girls
10:00 - Junior Varsity 5k Girls and Boys Combined
10:30 - Middle School 5k
11:00 - Awards
NOTES:
- Varsity - no more than top 10 runners per team per gender
- JV - balance of high school team (MS athletes may run-up)
- MS - 6th-8th grade (no younger or older)
- PARKING: Millbrook HS - 251 First Woods Drive, Winchester, VA - Look for trailhead entrance into the 3W Battlefield Park.
- NOTE - the parking lot is about a 1/2 mile from the starting line.
- Porta potties will be on site
SCORING: Team scoring for each race. Top five score, next two displace. Middle school will be scored co-ed. Results will be uploaded to Milestat.
AWARDS:
Medals to top 5 in Boys' Varsity, Girls' Varsity, Boys' JV, Girls' JV, Boys' MS, Girls' MS.
Plaques for top 2 teams in Boys' Varsity, Girls' Varsity, Coed MS
