300m, 500m and 1,000m
Sanction: Approved state sanction list: as of 12/13/21
Connecticut/Delaware/DC/Maine/Maryland/Massachusetts/New Jersey/New York/North Carolina/Ohio/Pennsylvania/Rhode Island/Tennessee/Virginia.
Eligibility: You must compete for your high school if your state is on the approved sanction list.
Entry Fee: $10.00 per event for Individual events (unlimited)
$20.00 per relay event
There is a $300 max per gender. This means that you pay for up to 30 entered individual events and can enter as many as you want after that, per gender.
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, January 5th at midnight.
Spectators: $15.00 per day for Adults
$10.00 per day for kids (ages 6& under are free)
****We will provide 55m splits in the 60m dash/60m hurdles for your teams.
Awards: Custom medals awarded to the top 3 in all events.

Covid-19 Protocols:
- Encourage athletes/spectators/coaches to wear a mask indoors while not competing
- Encourage social distancing where possible
- Staff will periodically clean surfaces throughout the day (blocks/hurdles)
- Encourage athletes to bring their own shot put and poles for vaulting
