Entries: Each school will be allowed 4 entries in all individual and field events. Each school will be allowed to enter 2 relay teams per relay; athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 running events, including relays and unlimited field events.

The doors of Freedom (Woodbridge) Track Complex will open at 3:00 pm
3:15 pm - Coaches Meeting
3:30 pm - Girls Long Jump (Pit 1)
Boys Long Jump (Pit 2)
Boys Shot Put (Girls to follow)
Boys High Jump (Boys to follow)
Running Events will move to rolling schedule after the start of the 4x800m. All running events will be contested Girls followed by Boys
