Coaches may run up to 9 athletes in the varsity race.  The rest of your team can run in the sub varsity race.

We will have a concession stand and will t-shirts on sale throughout the meet.

Sanctioning: VIRGINIA SCHOOLS ONLY

The course is mostly grass and rock/dirt trails. Every mile is clearly marked as well as every half mile.

Awards-- medals to top 15 in the varisty race, top 10 in the sub varsity race, trophies to top 3 teams in varsity division
