GENERAL INFORMATION:
Pleasant Grove will open for buses and spectators at 12:00.
2. Coaches will enter their team (10 runners) online at milestat. Only top 7 will be allowed to
run in the varsity race. Alternate runners may be substituted on the day of the race. All
National Federation Rules will be in effect including uniforms and athlete conduct. Coaches,
please review all rules with your athletes before the meet.
3. Spectator Charge: $10.00 per person to be collected as spectators enter the farm. Honored passes are VHSCA, VASSP, NASSP, VIAAA and VHSL Principal's Passes. Online tickets can be purchased at Gofan.co
4. UNIFORMS: Unless there are extreme inclement weather conditions, all uniform rules
will be in effect.
5. CHIPS & NUMBERS: Make sure your athletes wear their numbers on the front of their
singlet and are pinned in the small holes on the corners. Timing chips are attached to bib
numbers. Blue Ridge Timing will be the official timer for the Championship Meet.
6. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF PROPERTY: Pleasant Grove is a beautiful property that we have the privilege to use. Please encourage your runners and fans to be respectful of the premises so we leave the property cleaner than when we arrived. We will provide a trash bag to each team.
7. PROGRESSION TO THE STATE MEET: The top 3 teams will progress on to the Class 3 State meet.
The top 5 individual athletes not on these teams will also advance to the Class 3 State meet.
State meet entry will also use two methods.

The deadline for online entry and the paper entry is November 3, 20222 by 12 noon.
8. PARKING: Buses and Spectators are to park in the front field.
Handicapped parking is in the same area as general parking. Arrangements for drop off can be made if need be.
9. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Tents: Team tents will be allowed in the area to the left of the gravel road on the same
side as the museum. Please be respectful of the graveyard.
Trainer: Tyler Golden our school trainer, will be onsite to provide assistance. He will be
located near the start/finish area.
T-Shirts: T-shirts will be available for sale.
Concessions: There will be no concessions.
