2025 HSHS Relays- (Performance List)

Meet Fees: The entry fee will be $250.00 for co-ed and $150.00 per gender. 

         If you do not have a full team entry   Individual entries $20       Relay entry $25

Entry Information: 3 entries per field event 3 per running event and 2 relays. 

NEW FROSH EVENTS (freshman & sophomores ONLY)  100m dash, 400m dash, 1 mile run (change)

For long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus you are allowed to enter up to 3 athletes. They will get 3 throws/jumps. We will mark the first legal attempts, on attempts 2-3 they MUST meet minimum requirements to get marked.

Pole Vault

Girls starting height 7'0 

Boys starting height 9'0

HJ 

Girls starting height 4'4 + 2' until 5'4 then 1' 

Boys starting height 5'2 + 2' until 6'4 then 1'

Awards: ALL events 1-3 get medals. PLEASE pick up your medals at the awards table. Medals WILL NOT be mailed out if left.

Sanctioning: This meet is sanctioned by VHSL (check into this)

Boys- Shot Put, 100m, 4x100, 4x400, (check into this)

Girls- Triple Jump, 100m, 100mH, 200, 400

Admission: $10.00 per person. Children 6 years and under admitted free

Meet Facilities: BRAND NEW 8-lane rubberized track, jumping pits, shot and discus areas, high jump area.

Rules: Only athletes competing in an event and their coaches are allowed in the infield. Please help us keep the facility clean by cleaning up your teams area when you leave.

Concession: There will be a variety of food trucks that will be open throughout the meet. Coaches and meet workers will be given a meal bands.
