***We will be selling a limited number of Runnin' with the Wolves Event shirts.

This year's venue, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, will feature rolling hills through mowed fields, wooded trails, a creek crossing, and a gravel/crushed stone pathway.  This is a course similar in style to the well-loved Wolf Branch Farm.

(All races will start on time, even if there are runners still on the course.)

7:30am - Course Opens and Packet Pickup Begins
Varsity Races (7 member limit for each race)

9:00 5K Varsity Girls Championship Race

9:35 5K Varsity Boys Championship Race

JV Races (Unlimited Entries)

10:00 5K J.V. Girls Race 

10:45 5K J.V. Boys 

Middle School Races

11:20 4K Middle School Boys Race

12:00 4K Middle School Girls Race

Top 15 medals will be handed out at the finish line.  Team awards will be announced by the DJ and team plaques can be picked up at the DJ tent.

High School: Trophies to top 2 teams & Awards to Top 15 individuals in each race

Middle School: Trophies to top 2 teams & awards to Top 15 individuals in each race



Entry Fee & Roster Submission Deadline: October 9, 2025 (Meet with close after receiving 30 full HS team payments)



Timing is done by Blue Ridge Timing

High School Teams: $150 per boy or girl team, $300 for both teams


High School Individual Entries: $20 per athlete


Middle School: $10 per athlete, $150 Max


High School and Middle School Combined Max: $400
