Welcome to the Bulldog Invitational

Date: Saturday 2/1/2025

Entry Deadline: January 28 at 9pm

Entries:

Only athletes competing for their Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, District of Columbia, Delaware, South Carolina, or Ohio high school can enter this meet.

All teams must enter through Milesplit at: https://va.milesplit.com/meets/645576/registration

You must enter your team on Milesplit in order to be entered in the meet (NoExceptions). Please be considerate and use accurate seeding marks to improve over all meet quality. * Only verified marks will be honored*

Entry Cap: In an attempt to reduce the size of the meet, the following limits are in place:

Limit of 60 total teams to register for the meet on a first come first serve basis. To enter the meet, email rhmoore@liberty.edu to request a password.

The meet is limited to 2,000 total athletes.

Field Events will have limited entries at 3 per event.

High Jump and Pole Vault are limited to the top 40 verified entries in each event.

Relays are limited to A and B teams. (No more than 2 relay teams per school in each event)

Running events are limited to 3 athletes per team to ensure all registered teams are able to enter athletes.

Entry Fee:

Entry fee will be $10 dollars per athlete per event. $25 dollars per Relay. Entry fee will be

charged based upon online entry at deadline, not upon participation. Example: John Smith runs the 55m, pole vault, and long jump. His entry fee will be $30 dollars.

Awards:

Top 3 finishers in individual events and the winning relay teams will receive medals. Top Guys and Girls team and runners up will receive trophies.

Admission: Price of admission for all spectators is $10. Tickets will be sold at the door with cash or credit options but are also available on GoFan.

Location: The Liberty University Indoor Track Complex is located off of Candlers Mountain Road, underneath

the LU monogram. The road leading back to the indoor track from Candlers Mountain Road may be found across from Fairfield Inn & Suites, whose address is 3777 Candlers Mountain Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502.

Facility Layout: The facility houses a hydraulically banked 200-meter track oval. Eight 42" lanes on the infield

straightaway and six 42" lanes on the curve. The facility has over 1400 permanent seats and additional

portable seating.

The infield holds two horizontal jump and two pole vault runways. Throwing circle is outside the oval.

Starting Heights:

Pole Vault Girls-Starts at 7', 8' then by 6 inches.

High Jump Boys-5'2" then 5'6" then by 2 inches.
