Fluvanna County High School Track and Field Invitational 2025

GUIDELINES FOR FLUVANNA COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL INVITATIONAL

Entries:   THREE entries per event per school and one relay team per school. Entries will be made online at Milestat.com. Entry deadline is 9:00pm 3/20.

Teams are asked to provide one adult worker for field events.

Please be certain that adult workers arrive prior to the start of the field events.

Entry Deadline: Thursday, March 21, 2025 by 10:00AM.

Entries will not be processed until the entry fee has been received. 

Eligibility: The meet is sanctioned by VHSL. No Middle School Races

Track: 8-lane Latex rubber track and aprons, spikes limited to 1/8 inch or less. WE WILL HAVE BAGS 

                        OF SPIKES AVAILABLE FOR $2 EACH

Scoring:         The points for all events will be 10-8-6-4-2-1.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 6 finishers in each event and the top 3 relays. There will be trophies awarded to the boys and girls meet champion teams. 

Facilities: There are restroom facilities available at the track, the high school will be off limits.

Concessions: Concessions will be available. Four meal tickets will be provided in each coachs packet.   Additional meal tickets will be provided for field event workers. Additional meal tickets will be

available to purchase for $10. Please send those orders to mkennedy@apps.fluco.org

Timing: Blue Ridge Timing- All  running events will be run in sections (slow to fast)

                        NO TRIALS,  ALL FINALS.
