This meet will be governed in accordance with Virginia High School League Rules
Entries: Each team will be allowed to enter 8 athletes in the following events (100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 100h/110h and 300mH). Teams will be allowed to enter unlimited athletes in the following events (3200m run and all field events). 2 relay entries per team. Athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 events, including running/relays and unlimited field events.The meet will close once we reach 40 teams; no exceptions will be made.Entry
Fees: Combined Teams (Boys and Girls) - $250.00
This fee applies to both girls and boys teams competing. One team fee - $150.00 This fee applies to one team or gender. For example, you will bring just your girls team.
Individual Entry - $20.00 per individual entry; $25.00 per relay
Teams will be allowed to pay by check for entry fees, please make checks payable to Highland Springs High School. School checks ONLY; personal checks will not be accepted.

Awards: Top 3 finishers in each event will receive medals
Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights: High Jump - Girls: 4-4 / Boys: 5-4Field
Event Minimum Marks:
Long Jump - Girls: 15-0 / Boys: 18-0
Triple Jump - Girls: 30-0 / Boys: 36-0
Shot Put - Girls: 28-0 / Boys: 36-0
Discus - Girls: 80-0 / Boys: 100-0
Spectator Admission: $10.00 (Adults and youth 6 & up) | Children 5 and under FREE
