Keep dogs at home: Dogs have no place at this cross country meet. Last year someone let loose their greyhound who ended up jumping into one of the races and could have taken out some runners. Keep the hounds at home.
Massage Therapy: We will have two massage therapists on-site who will be available to provide short massage sessions for athletes, coaches, and spectators at a charge for $1/minute.
DJ & Music: We will have a DJ on-site at this year's meet providing pump up music to create an even better meet atmsophore.
Trash: Please have your athletes police their area and make sure no trash is left when your team is leaving the park. Trash bags are available in your packet and extras will be available at the team packet pick-up table. We are fortunate to have this venue to host this event and we need to make sure we keep this beautiful state park clean!
