2011 River Ridge District Cross Country Championships

Site: Hidden Valley High School, 5000 Titan Trail, Roanoke Va. 24018

Time: Course review 9:00 AM
Coaches meeting 9:30 AM
Girls Championship race 10:00 AM
Boys Championship race 11:00 AM
Awards in the Soccer Stadium
Directions: From I-81, take exit 141 south on Route 419, turn right on route 221, turn right on Pleasant Hill Road, turn right on Titan Trail.
Admission: $5.00 per car or $3.00 per individual
T-Shirts and concessions will be on hand

Region Qualifiers: Top 4 teams and top 15 individual finishers
Awards: Championship Boys/Girls Team Trophy 1st 7th Place medals Boys/Girls individuals 8th 15th Place Certificates Boys/Girls individuals Boys/Girls
Coach of the Year as Voted on by the District Coaches
Restrooms: At the Soccer Field/Baseball field/Softball field.
Parking: Buses may drop coaches and athletes off at the soccer field. All Vehicles not showing Handicapped sticker will park in the upper lots as directed.
Camp: Please have your teams set up along the fence in the soccer stadium not on the blacktop
TRAFFIC: Let your parents/fans/spectators know, that for the safety of all runners, Traffic will be stopped on Titan Trail and not be allowed to proceed from the time the lead runners cross the road until the trail runner crosses the road. This road crossing is at about the 3/4 mile mark and the wait could be as long as 5 minutes have them plan accordingly.
