Talk about a post-season! Colin Schaefer is the only person on this list or the Girl's list to say they improved every 5K of the season. That is one of the big reasons he had his biggest race of his life at the perfect time running a 15:11 to finish 5th and punch his ticket to NXN. This was a whopping 22 second improvement and goes along with his 6A North title and now two team titles as he led the Lake Braddock Bruins to back-to-back team titles.
