Storyline To Watch #1: Ava Gordon at PTXC (Pa)
Our biggest storyline of the weekend is Ava Gordon and how she will run on her new team, Loudoun Valley at the PTXC Invite in Pennsylvania. She joins the team having already run 18:28 for 5K and 10:54 for the 3200 as a frosh.
This year as a sophomore with teammates like Elise Abbe and Ricky Fetterolf by her side every day at practice you can expect some time to fall off.
This weekend may not be her best race or even her fastest race of the month but it is going to be the most telling for how she has adapted to running with LV and what the season could hold ahead for her and her Viking teammates.
