Meet Information
The 2012 meet will be held on Thursday, November 1 at Bells Mill Park in Chesapeake. The top four teams and the top fifteen individuals from the district meets qualify for the regional meet. Please clearly print the name and grade on the enclosed form and have it in my hands by 12:00 am Tuesday, October 30.
Packets may be picked up any time after 1:00 pm on the day of the meet. There will be a coaches meeting at 2:15 pm. The boys race will begin at 3:00 pm, followed by the girls race at 3:30 pm.
The top four teams and the top fifteen individuals from this meet will qualify for the state meet.
Mettle Timing will time the meet. You must register your teams and individuals on milestat.com by 11:59 pm Tuesday Oct. 30.
The cost for the meet is $6.00 for Adults and
Children $3.00.
YOUR STATE MEET ENTRIES MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE MEET DIRECTOR AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE MEET.
