Check out the top 500 times nationally in one of the most exciting races on the track indoors in the 4x200 meter relay. At the VA Showcase this past weekend, the Western Branch (VA) program showed out in winning both boys and girls races in the event with national leading times of 1:27.61 and 1:37.09 respectively.

One of Maryland's top performers at VA Showcase happened to be McDonogh School sophomore Dalton Hengst, who won the mile on Friday in a season best time then doubled back to place runner-up to US #1 ranked Brandon McGorty in the 800.
