Making the state meet is a big deal. For some teams and athletes though it is expected and routine. Here are the teams who are rolling deep at the state meet this week. 

Here are 21 sophomores from the class of 2021 who we strongly believe could be state champions after this weekend. 

States is just hours away and that means it is time to take a deep look at the performance lists, figure out your own virtual meet, and get ready for some records.

W.T. Woodson closed out day one's competition at Boo Williams with a monster race. In the seeded section of the 4x800m relay they ran a 8:00.94 to win the 6A State Title. 

Western Branch's Shadajah Ballard grabbed three state titles, and a new state record in the 55mH
