Among the notable exceptions are Oakton, Herndon and Fairfax, all of which did not choose to enter the varsity races for the original date. Burke Lake has specifically requested that no teams are to enter the park prior to 2:30 p.m. on September 16. The Awards ceremony is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Park personnel has also requested that all coaches, athletes and spectators must have vacated the park premises by 6:30 p.m.
