HOTEL INFORMATION
Sanctioning: NFHS/VHSL Sanction for indoor track and field states. No unattached runners or clubs allowed. The sanctioned states are: VA, MD, NC, CT, DE, KY, MS, MA, NY, NJ, PA, OH, TN, RI, TX.
Payment: Entry fees are $15 per event and $40 per relay. Payment should be made via PayPal through the MileSplit system. If a check is needed it can be mailed to "VA Showcase" at 2246 Park Ave Richmond, VA 23220

Spectator Tickets: $20 for weekend pass Ticket Link Here
Food/Drink Policy: No outside food or drink allowed into VBSC.
Busses: Busses must follow instructions of traffic leaders on where to park. It will likely not be in the Sports Center parking lot.
T-Shirts: Long sleeve dri-fit shirts will be sold onsite but are very limited.
Awards: Top 3 individuals receive awards.
