2011 William and Mary Cross Country Invitational

Dear Coach:
We are excited to announce some changes to this years 2011 W&M Cross Country Invitational on September 17, 2011. For the first time we will be hosting the high school and college races on the same day and would like to invite your program to participate in the meet.
Below is the anticipated schedule for September 17th. The entry fee for the meet will be $50 per varsity squad ($100 for both boys and girls) and $5 per JV entry. The JV race will not be scored.

9:00am---------------- JV Girls 5k
9:45am---------------- College Men 8k
10:15am--------------- College Women 5k
10:45am--------------- Boys Varsity 5k
11:15am--------------- Girls Varsity 5k
11:45am--------------- Boys Varsity 5k
12:15pm--------------- Girls Varsity 5k
The course will be the same as last year and a map is included with this letter. Online maps of the course are also available here:

High School Entry Information:
Eight runners (8) comprise a varsity team. One varsity team entry will be permitted per gender per school. $50 per varsity team entry ($100 for both boys and girls). $5 per JV entry. Unlimited JV entries. Email or fax entries to Dave Fritz (dafritz@wm.edu/fax: 757-221-2989)
College Entry Information:
$150 per gender ($300 for both men and women). Unattached entries are $10. Email or fax entries to Dave Fritz (dafritz@wm.edu/fax: 757-221-2989).
Please no cash. We will accept checks (payable to College of William and Mary Cross Country) at the meet or our business office will bill your school directly.
