We are officially two weeks away from the 2019 edition of the MileStat.com XC Invitational to be hosted by Lee-Davis High School on Saturday, October 19th at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Virginia. This year's meet could potentially be the largest yet in the event's history with a total of 129 schools registered as of today and still over week left for more teams to enter by the deadline of Monday, October 14th.
The fields will once again loaded with some of the top ranked individuals and teams in the state of Virginia in the closest thing to an in-season meet of champions as many eventual state champions for both public schools and private schools will be facing off for the first and only time this season. Just check out the fastest 15 individual entrants in the meet below! We should plenty of boys going sub 16 minutes as well as girls dipping under 19 minutes on the lightning fast and flat 5K course at Pole Green Park.

We are also excited about our every growing numbers and participation in the middle school division with 38 schools registered as qualifier and build up for the inaugural Virginia Middle School State Championships to be held later this month on the same venue at Pole Green Park.
The open race is also accepting entries for coaches, parents, alumni, weekend warriors, or unattached high school athletes without a team. Register for the 7:50 AM race to kick off the meet HERE.
A couple of changes to this year's meet:
- There will be no varsity C race.
- We will accept roughly the top 40-45 ranked teams in the varsity A race. The remaining teams will be placed in the varsity B race.
- If your boys team has a team average under 17:45 for top 5 runners based on PR's from last season and this season, your team is automatically qualified for the varsity A race.
- If your girls team has a team average under 21:15 for top 5 runners based on PR's from last season and this season, your team is automatically qualified for the varsity A race.
- Top 3 teams in varsity B will receive trophies (compared to 2 last year), top 2 teams in middle school divisions will receive trophies (compared top to 1 last year).
