Directions: 581 S - Exit Franklin Rd/419, Rt @ the light, Left on 221/Brambleton, Rt on Pleasant Hill, Right on Titan Trail

Time Schedule:

0730 Packet picket-up begins

0830 - Girls 6th/7th/8th - 4K

0915 - Boys 6th/7th/8th - 4K

1000 Girls Varsity - 9th/12th - The "Bethel" 5000

1045 Boys Varsity 9th/12th - The "Long" 5000

1115 Boys/Girls JV - The "Bartlett" 5000

Awards: 

Will not be given in the chute this year!  There will be an awards table where coaches can pick up awards!

High School & Middle School Top 7 from winning team receive shirts

High School & Middle School Top 7 from Runner-Up team receive Awards

1st 10 in grades 6-7-8 receive medals (60 Total Medals)

1st 10 in grades 9-12 receive medals (80 Total Medals)

1st 5 girls and 1st 5 boys in JV race receive medals (10 Total Medals)

Entries:

The Junior High, and JV Races have unlimited entries.

Both Girls and Boys Varsity races will be limited to 7 runners.

ONLINE registration must be done thru www.milestat.com

Athletic Trainer: We will have an athletic trainer on site for limited assistance. Water/ Gatorade: Coolers and cups of both will be at the start and finish.

Sanctioning: The meet is sanctioned. Private schools will need to compete in the JV division if out of state schools compete.

Results: Will be posted and then sent to Milestat.com as well as live on runroanoke.com

Purpose: This will be as low key as possible. We want everyone to come and enjoy the early season without pressure. We will provide drinks, fruit and baked goods for all runners and coaches at no cost.

Cost:$100.00 HS Boys - $100.00 HS Girls ($175.00 for both) or $20.00 an individual $50.00 JHS Girls $50.00 JHS Boys ($85.00 for both) or $10.00 an individual

PARKING: $5.00 PER VEHICLE - COACHES TELL YOUR PARENTS - A PASS LIST WILL BE CREATED FOR ANY COACH DRIVING TO THE MEET(2 coaches per team) - COACH PLEASE INFORM US  BEFORE SEPT 15TH - WE DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO PAY!
