Entry Deadline 10/1/24 - No Varsity B Races (see below)

Entry Limitations: TO ENSURE YOUR ENTRY- SEND IN YOUR ENTRY FEE ASAP

* Limited to 40 teams - Due to conditions we are limited,. First 40 teams will be accepted. N0 FAVORS!
* Total athletes: See Below on entries per event
* Entries are limited to Category 1 and Category 2 Schools per the VHSL approved list (due to NFHS restrictions).

Cost: Make checks payable to (for both meets) The Running Project Booster Club, 302 Burnside Ave Fredericksburg, VA 22405. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO COLGAN HIGH SCHOOL!!!!! If you need a W9 please email Pete Augrom$320.00 per school (per meet), $225.00 per team (per meet), $40.00 for individuals (per meet) when paying please put the invitational you are attending on the check. Lost Chip - $25.00 this means if not turned the day of the meet This is an entry fee and not a participation fee. NO REFUNDS if the meet is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We will chip time all races. One chip (right shoe). Chip will also decide the places.

LATE FEE OF $35.00 IF THE CHECK IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DAY OF THE MEET (without approval)

Entries: All meet entries must be done on: www.milestat.com Entries will be closed on the Sunday evening prior to the meet. Please do not enter a runner that cannot finish in the appropriate time. Check the schedule below.

Place: Great Meadow, The Plains, VA 

Directions: From East or West Take I66 to Exit 31 (Route 245 2 miles)From South Take US 17 or 29 to Warrenton Take 17 Bypass approximately 8 miles

Parking: GATE 2 FOR ALL PARKING (Gate will be clearly marked) Bus Parking may be off site if it rains (see updates on Milestat) $10.00 FOR PARKING - CASH ONLY

Format: Varsity Races 10 max Varsity A race

Junior Varsity Races (Juniors & Seniors) - 15 max

Junior Varsity Lower Classmen (Freshman & Sophomores) 15 max 

TIME SCHEDULE: Awards given out after every race Individual Medals to the top 20 per Race

Team Trophies to the Top 2 Varsity Teams

9:30am Varsity A Boys

10:00am JV FR & SO Girls

10:35am JV FR & SO Boys

11:10am JV JR & SR Girls

11:45am JV JR & SR Boys
