Entry Limitations: TO ENSURE YOUR ENTRY- SEND IN YOUR ENTRY FEE ASAP

* Limited to 70 Teams - Due to conditions we are limited to 70 full teams. First 70 teams will be accepted. N0 FAVORS!

* 80 Total athletes: 10 in each Varsity Race (change from last year), 10 in each of the JV Races ï¿½ You do not have to declare

* Entries are limited to Category 1 and Category 2 Schools per the VHSL approved list (due to NFHS restrictions).

Lost Chip - $50.00 ï¿½this means if not turned the day of the meet

This is an entry fee and not a participation fee. NO REFUNDS
We will chip time all races. One chip (right shoe). Chip will also decide the places.

LATE FEE OF $35.00 IF THE CHECK IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DAY OF THE MEET

Cost increase ï¿½ The increase in cost is due to Great Meadow now charging us a rental fee, adding entry numbers, entry fee to milestat, chip timing (paying for chips not used), 20 medals in all races ï¿½ plaques to the top 2 teams in the Varsity Races, and trophies to the top 2 JV Teams - also an individual champion picture for the Varsity Races.

Entries will be closed on the Tuesday evening prior to the meet.

Place: Great Meadow ï¿½ The Plains, VA
Hill Course for both meets

Directions:

From East or West ï¿½ Take I66 to Exit 31 (Route 245 ï¿½ 2 miles)
From South ï¿½ Take US 17 or 29 to Warrenton ï¿½ Take 17 Bypass ï¿½ approximately 8 miles

Parking: GATE 2 FOR ALL PARKING (Gate will be clearly marked)

Bus Parking ï¿½ may be off site if it rains (see updates on milestat)

Format:

Varsity Races ï¿½ 7 (only) in the A race and Varsity B race

Junior Varsity Races (Juniors & Seniors) - 10 entries max

Junior Varsity Lower Classmen (Freshman & Sophomores) ï¿½ 10 entries max

Awards will be given out after every other race
Individual Medals to the top 20 per Race
Team Trophies to the Top 2 Teams in Varsity Races, Top JV & Frosh
Framed Picture to Individual Champions

Sanctioning: Virginia, bordering states, New York, New Jersey, and Wisconsin
